About Tim

Tim started in the real estate business in June of 2002. He had always had an interest in real estate being on the Board of Directors of Pike Township Residents Association and the President of his homeowner’s association. After 20 years of sitting in a cubicle being a computer programmer, he wanted to see life on the outside. During the 54 hours of required education to pass the State exam Tim got 12 invitations to join different real estate companies. He went with a major player in Zionsville.

After 14 years of servicing buyers, first-time buyers, sellers, investors and going through every kind of transaction imaginable, it became clear to Tim that one of his favorite sayings was true. “Great Sailors Are Not Made On Calm Seas”.

Tim has had transactions all over the city of Indianapolis and Zionsville. He specializes on the northwest side of Indianapolis but has had transactions all over Indianapolis plus towns like Shelbyville, Lebanon, and Bloomington to name a few.

Tim thrives on honesty, integrity, and service. He will drive to Bloomington to deliver an earnest money check, do a video of a house that an out-of-town buyer is interested in, and will work endlessly to get the client to the closing table.
